Healthy Hearts: Employee Wellness

This month, our team of educators are caregivers are participating in a 4 week “Healthy Heart” Challenge.  February is known as “American Heart Month” to promote awareness of heart disease and ways people can keep their heart healthy.  Sonnet is supporting heart health and total wellness for our team, which includes physical and mental health.

All month long, our teachers can win more than $1,000 in prizes provided by Sonnet Montessori, Sonnet parents, and local businesses, as they track their activity (exercise and steps), nutrition (fruits and vegetables), self-care, sleep, hydration and personal goals!
